This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the domain name registration and related services ("Services") provided by Reg AI LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your Services without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use any domain name registered through Reg AI, or any of our Services, for any of the following purposes:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation
• Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale or distribution of illegal drugs or weapons
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

2.2 Malicious Activities

• Malware Distribution: Viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware
• Phishing: Fraudulent websites to obtain credentials or financial data
• Botnet Operations: Operating or controlling compromised computer networks
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to systems or data
• DDoS Attacks: Participating in denial-of-service attacks
• Spam: Unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws

2.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Trademark infringement, cybersquatting, typosquatting
• Copyright infringement, hosting pirated content
• Counterfeiting or selling counterfeit goods

2.4 Harmful Content

• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism
• Hate speech based on protected characteristics
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or threats
• Defamatory content
• Non-consensual intimate imagery

2.5 Deceptive Practices

• Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes
• Domain name front-running

3. Domain-Specific Requirements

• Accurate Registration Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current WHOIS data
• Registry Compliance: You must comply with all policies of the applicable Registry Operator (for .ai domains, Identity Digital and the Government of Anguilla)
• Legal Compliance: Domain registration and use must comply with laws of your jurisdiction, the registry jurisdiction, and the United States

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe a domain registered through Reg AI is being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to:

When reporting, please include: the domain name(s) in question, a description of the alleged violation, evidence (screenshots, URLs, headers), and your contact information.

5. Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend the domain name or Services
• Permanently suspend or cancel the domain name or Services
• Remove or disable access to content
• Report the activity to law enforcement
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
• Take legal action against you

No Refunds: If your Services are suspended or terminated due to a violation of this AUP, you will not be entitled to any refund.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised AUP on our website with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
